Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your website.

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin building, you get a full refund.
• After delivery: tell us what is wrong and we’ll fix it within the free revision period.
• If we can’t deliver: if we are unable to deliver a website matching your brief, we refund your payment.
• Refunds are sent to the original UPI account within 7 working days.

Hosting renewal fees are not refundable once the renewed period starts. Contact hello@hireouragents.com for any request.
