Terms of service

The service

For ₹999, hireouragents (hireouragents.com) builds an information website based on the details you provide and hosts it for 12 months from delivery.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos and photos you send us, and that your business information is accurate. We may refuse content that is illegal, misleading or infringes others’ rights.

Payment

Work begins after we confirm your UPI payment. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Revisions

Reasonable text and photo corrections within 30 days of delivery are free. Further changes and new features are quoted separately.

Domain name

The domain name is not included in the price. You purchase and renew it separately, in your own name, from a registrar of your choice. We connect it to your website at no extra charge.

Hosting and renewal

Hosting renews at ₹999/year from the second year. If not renewed within 15 days of expiry, the website may be taken offline. You can request your website files.

Acceptable use

Websites must not be used for unlawful activities, spam or misleading claims.

Liability

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
